Refund Policy

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact Elizabeth Muir as early as possible.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for refund unless prior arrangements have been approved.
