Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy & Session Terms By booking a session with Elizabeth Muir, you acknowledge that intuitive readings and Angelsound® energy healing are complementary spiritual guidance and wellbeing services provided for personal insight, clarity and energetic support. These services do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following your session. Sessions may be conducted by phone, Zoom or distance connection. Recording of sessions is not permitted unless permission has been requested and approved prior to the session beginning. Where recordings are provided by Elizabeth Muir, they remain for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without permission. Changes & Rescheduling Session times are reserved especially for you. If you need to change your appointment time, a minimum of **24 hours’ notice** is required. Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice are welcomed and accommodated wherever possible. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. If you are unavailable at the scheduled session time, the session may be considered completed. Distance Healing Sessions (Angelsound®) Distance healing sessions take place at the scheduled time whether or not you are resting or available live during the session. These sessions are designed to support relaxation, energetic balance and wellbeing within a complementary healing framework and are not a substitute for medical advice or medical care from medical professionals. Refund requests are considered individually and with care. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that session times are reserved especially for you and that refunds are not automatically provided for cancellations or changes made without the required notice. Where unexpected circumstances arise, please make contact as early as possible so supportive arrangements can be explored.
